Shipping & Returns
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Orders placed after 1 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note, due to COVID-19, orders may experience shipping delays.
Please note, that all shipping outside of the U.S. may be subject to international customs fees at the receivers' expense.
We accept returns (for domestic orders only) for exchange or refund up to 14 days from the date of receipt, as long as merchandise is returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels, tags, removable pads and hygienic liners in tact. Please be cautious of any makeup or deodorant stains on merchandise, as we will not grant a return or exchange on damaged items.
We have the right to deny returns if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy.
We do not accept responsibility for any lost return packages.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

2. Pack the item & print out return label.
3. Schedule a pick-up or drop off package with courier.
4. Please be on the look out for a confirmation email once we receive your items back at the warehouse.
Refund or exchange will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned item.
